North Star is a Lake Oswego, Oregon based luxury property management firm. North Star partners with owners, investors, Realtors and portfolio managers to provide a unique approach including deeply integrated technology for a robust experience for clients. North Star fills a void in the luxury rental housing niche serving investors and homeowning clients that would like to sell, but are faced with a challenging upscale market.

The firm is thriving in the upscale rental market due to the challenges with the sales in the $1 million and up range. While homes in that price range can be very slow to sell, North Star has little trouble finding suitable tenants for its luxury listings.

Quinn is the co-founder of North Star Property Management. He began leasing homes 20 years ago, and has well over a decade of experience as a real estate broker.
